China Items that were not made by Hall

There are some items that are often mistaken for Hall.  Many were made around the same time, sometimes even for the same company that contracted with Hall to make refrigerator items.  Here are a few that I have been able to document as NOT HALL.  Any additional information / pictures would be appreciated.

It looks almost like a Hall Phoenix or Zephyr but the lines are not right. Notice that the lines go all the way across the top. The Phoenix stops half way and the Zephyr has sets of lines on the lid (on all sides) that all end at the knob (see examples below).  It is not marked and it does not look quite like Hall clay - Can anyone tell me who made the blue one? I have seen this item many times in blue and green on the leftover and several colors and patterns on the butter.

Hercules and Phoenix shaped leftovers were made for Westinghouse in Canada but Not by Hall

I have seen the "Hercules" type in several colors (pink, blue, white), all different from the Hall colors.  The clay does not look like Hall.  Some are unmarked, some have a Canadian maple leaf, others are marked as shown below.  Very nice to collect but not Hall!

Creamer Ball Jug

This creamer "Ball Jug" is found in many colors.  It is very cute but NOT HALL.  The bottom of the jug is flat and not dished like the Hall's jugs.  It is often crazed.
