The Collectors Encyclopedia of Hall China by Margaret and Kenn Whitmyer (1^st, 2^nd editions) and Superior Quality Hall China book one and two by Harvey Duke are great reference books. They each named several of the shapes. On these pages the first name is Whitmeyer's and the second name is Duke's. The dates for when the items were produced are from these books unless otherwise noted.
